RENTAL and RECEPTION FEE INCLUDE: Normal cleanup, usual set-up (60 chairs, 15 cabaret tables, 2 banquet tables), normal utilities. RENTAL DOES NOT INCLUDE: Extra equipment, any optional fees, coffee, coffee supplies, catering, cleanup of decorations, etc., any extra security or labor deemed necessary by the Theatre Director. ALCOHOL & BARS: All alcoholic beverages must be supplied by the Martin Theatre and consumed on premises. CATERING: Let our capable staff organize your catering...we think we will save you time, money, and energy. PAYMENT POLICIES: It is customary for all accounts to be settled by the end of the event night. Any billing must be agreed to by the Theatre Director in advance of the event and is subject to a I.5% per month billing surcharge. Tax must be charged unless we are provided with a Florida State Tax Number. DEPOSITS: Rental Deposits: We require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $100.00 to hold your date. DAMAGE DEPOSITS: The Theatre Director has the right to assess a refundable damage deposit. The balance of this deposit will be refunded after inspection of the facility following the event.
